How does shipping work?
Every Royal Oak super clone ships the same way: a flat $50, tracked, dispatched only after you approve the QC photos.
Short answer: Shipping is a flat $50 per order, tracked, to every country we ship to except Brazil, where we have no working line. Duty and customs clearance are covered by us: if a parcel is held or seized we reship it. Dispatch follows your approval of the QC photographs, not the order date. Nothing is charged at checkout - we confirm the configuration on the order thread, send the payment details there, and hold that figure for 24 hours.

What does shipping cost, and what is included?
Shipping is a flat $50, tracked, whatever the destination (every country except Brazil - we do not have a working shipping line there). Duty and customs clearance are covered by us for every destination we ship to - if a parcel is held or seized we reship it or refund you. Box and papers ("Full Set") add $100 to the watch price; a box set also makes the parcel bigger, so shipping becomes $65 for one and $125 for two.
When is my order dispatched?
Dispatch follows your approval of the QC photographs, not the order date. Nothing is charged when you place the order: we confirm the configuration on the order thread, send the payment details there, and hold that figure for 24 hours. Once the payment is confirmed your own watch is photographed and the set reaches you within 1 to 2 days; dispatch follows your approval. Tracking is issued at dispatch, so a quiet tracking number in the first day or two is normal.
How long does delivery take?
5 to 7 business days to the United States and 7 to 10 business days to the European Union after dispatch (7 to 10 to most other destinations), though customs in your country can add days that nobody controls. We give you the tracking number and the carrier, and you can follow it yourself. If a parcel stops moving, tell us and we will chase the forwarder rather than leave you guessing.
Do I pay duty on top?
No - duty and customs clearance are on us to every destination we ship to, and if a parcel is held or seized we reship it or refund you. Shipping itself is a flat $50, tracked.
Do you ship to Brazil?
We are not taking orders for Brazil at the moment - we do not have a working shipping line there, so we cannot guarantee delivery. Everywhere else, yes: the parcel is tracked, and delivery is 5 to 7 business days to the United States and 7 to 10 to the European Union after dispatch.
Can you ship to a different address than my billing address?
Yes, and for high-value orders we will ask you to confirm who will be there to sign. A returned international parcel is a total loss, so we would rather sort the address out before dispatch than after.
